Terms

Eligibility. Beans are available to all Barista Bits account holders.
Earn rate. You earn 10 Beans per £1 of order subtotal (after discounts, excluding delivery and VAT). Beans are credited when your order moves to completed status.
Bonuses. One-off bonuses (welcome, reviews) are credited at our discretion and may be withdrawn without notice. Abuse — including fake reviews — will result in Beans being reversed and may end account access.
Redemption. Beans can be redeemed at the published tiers only. On redemption, a unique discount code is generated, deducting the full tier amount from your balance.
Codes. Redemption codes are single-use, locked to the email address on your Barista Bits account, valid for 30 days from issue, and cannot be combined, transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Cancellations & refunds. If an order is cancelled or refunded, any Beans earned on it will be reversed. Partial refunds reverse Beans on a pro-rata basis.
Expiry. Beans have no expiry today. We reserve the right to introduce an inactivity-based expiry in future, with at least 30 days’ notice.
Changes to the scheme. Barista Bits may amend or close Beans Rewards at any time. If we close the scheme, you’ll have a reasonable window to redeem any existing balance.
Disputes. Our records of your Beans balance and history are final. If you spot a discrepancy, contact us within 30 days and we’ll investigate.
